Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bulk sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 prepared pie crust shell
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Fully cook sausage; drain well. Combine sausage, onion, cheese and flour.
    Mix well.
    Spread in unbaked pie crust shell.
