Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 medium sweet potatoes (raw)
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 egg
    1/2 stick melted butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put potatoes in blender.
    Combine milk, eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla, salt and most of the butter.
    Add potatoes in small chunks, a few at a time.
    Pour into Pyrex dish.
    Top with remaining butter and sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
