Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled
    1 large onion
    1 large bell pepper
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    butter
    salt
    pepper
    seafood seasoning
Preparation
    Saute onions and peppers in butter. Add tomatoes and soup. Add salt and pepper to taste and seasoning. Simmer over low heat. Add shrimp; cook until shrimp are done. Serve over rice.
