Baked Apples(Serves 4; 0 Fat, 0 Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Port wine
    1/4 c. frozen apple juice concentrate
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    4 baking apples (Red Rome apples)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a small pan, heat wine and juice until mixture comes to a boil.
    Turn heat off and add raisins and cinnamon.
    Stir; cover and let sit for 15 minutes.
