Chocolate Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. (5 1/2 oz. can) Hershey's syrup
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 9-inch square baking pan.
In large mixing bowl, stir together flour and sugar.
Remove 1/2 cup mixture; set aside for topping.
Stir baking soda, baking powder and salt into remaining flour mixture.
Add butter, egg, milk and syrup; beat until well blended.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle reserved flour mixture over top.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
