Doro Wot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut, skinned and cooked
    2 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    2 tsp. Berbere (hot red pepper or chili)
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/8 c. butter
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    salt to taste
    2 cubes chicken stock
Preparation
    Saute onion in a little oil.
    Stir in tomato paste, pepper, Berbere, salt and 1 pint of water.
    Crush in chicken stock. Simmer 30 minutes.
    Add chicken and eggs.
    Simmer 10 more minutes. Serve with rice.
