Fillets Thermidor - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fish (any kind)
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. sherry
    paprika
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Roll fish in a two-quart casserole.
    Pour milk over fish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until easily flaked with a fork, but moist.
    Take it out of oven.
