South Of The Border Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
1 onion, grated
1/2 lb. grated cheese
3 Tbsp. Walker's salsa sauce or picante sauce
12 tortillas, cut in bite size pieces
7 whole chicken breasts
Preparation

Boil chicken, debone and cut in bite size pieces.
Heat milk, soup and salt and pepper to taste.
Cool.
When cool, add some onion, tortillas, chicken, sauce and grated cheese, saving some cheese for top.
Place in casserole; let stand for several hours or overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
