Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs, mashed bananas, pecans and buttermilk. Mix dry ingredients and add to banana mixture. Pour into a greased Bundt pan or a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. When cool, frost with Banana Nut Icing.
