Mai Tai - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. rum
    dash of bitters
    1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
    1 tsp. sugar
    pineapple spear
    mint spray
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients in tall glass containing ice.
    Serve with pineapple spear, sprig of mint and a straw.
    Yield: 1 serving.
