Lemon Chicken(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter
    2 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 c. dry white wine or apple juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut each breast horizontally to make 2 slices; coat with flour.
    Heat butter in skillet over medium heat.
    Cook chicken and garlic in butter 4 to 6 minutes, turning once.
    Add wine and lemon juice; sprinkle in pepper.
    Heat until hot.
