Hot Cashew-Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken or 2 cans chicken
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayo
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. pimento
    1/2 c. chopped cashews
    crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Layer chips in bottom of casserole.
    Combine other ingredients and place on top of chips.
    Top with more crushed chips.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
