Ingredients

2 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded
2/3 c. lime juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 qt. nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt, softened
Candied Lime Strips
Preparation

Position knife blade in food processor bowl. Add first 3 ingredients.
Process until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides.
Pour into a large bowl. Add yogurt, stirring until blended.
Spoon mixture into an 8-inch square pan.
Cover and freeze. Top
each serving evenly with Candied Lime Strips. Yields 4 3/4 cups.
