Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 large pkg. Velveeta cheese
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Melt stick of butter in skillet; add onions, mushrooms and salt.
    Cook until onions are tender.
    In a crock-pot, put thawed broccoli, cheese, onions, mushrooms and cream of mushroom soup. Cook on low until cheese is completely melted.
    Wonderful as a dip or served over rice.
