Stewed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Wash chicken.
    Cover with water.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Cook 1 hour on medium high, keeping water level above chicken.
    Mix water and flour in a cup.
    Pour in with chicken to thicken for gravy. Serve with rice.
