Red Cabbage And Apple Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 1/2 c. diced Golden Delicious apple
1/3 c. cider vinegar
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
8 red cabbage leaves
Preparation

Combine cabbage and apple; set aside.
Combine vinegar and next 5 ingredients in a jar.
Add caraway seed; cover tightly and shake vigorously.
Drizzle over cabbage; toss gently.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
Serve on red cabbage leaves.
