4 slices low calorie Italian bread (40 calories)
2 pkg. Hi-Energy Tomato Soup Supplement
1/2 c. water
5 oz. low-fat Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash garlic flavor
dash of thyme
1/2 lb. ground turkey
onions, green peppers, mushrooms, etc., chopped
Preparation

Boil turkey in a cup of water until brown.
Drain and set aside.
Line pizza pan with bread slices and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash.
Cook tomato supplement, 1/2 cup water, oregano, Mrs. Dash and thyme together until thickened.
Divide into four portions and spread over bread.
Cover each bread slice with 2 ounces ground turkey and sprinkle each with one ounce Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with onions, peppers and mushrooms.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
