Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 unbeaten eggs
    2 lb. cottage cheese
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese *
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 cube soft margarine
    2 chopped green onions
Preparation
    *Cheddar, Mozzarella or Jack can be used.
