Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
    3 c. self-rising yellow cornmeal
    2 large eggs
    3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    pinch of baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, eggs, buttermilk, soda and salt.
    Add melted butter and pour into baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    (Batter should be very smooth before baking; add more milk if needed to reach this consistency.)
    Serve with your dinner while still hot.
    Makes 8 servings.
