Chili Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp American cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of red pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Let cheese stand at room temperature to soften.
    Combine cheeses, lemon juice, garlic powder and red pepper; beat with electric mixer or rotary beater until light and fluffy.
    Stir in nuts; shape into a roll about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
    Sprinkle roll with paprika.
    Chill.
    Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
    Serve with crackers.
