Devil'S Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. cocoa
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. butter
3 c. flour
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt

Preparation

Dissolve cocoa with 1 cup warm water.
Mix with other ingredients.
Bake in layers.
