Hot Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Gorton's minced clams
1 stick butter or margarine (8 Tbsp.)
1 small onion, minced
1 small green pepper, minced
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Melt butter in frypan.
Add onion, pepper and garlic.
Saute low about 5 minutes until tender. Turn off heat.
Add in minced clams (include liquid).
Stir in bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Transfer mixture into ovenproof casserole dish.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve with crackers.
