Miss Eva'S Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleomargarine
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    2 lemons, grated rind and juice
Preparation
    Cream the oleo and sugar. Beat in eggs.
    Stir in lemon juice and grated rind.
    Pour into crust. Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Turn oven down to 325\u00b0 and bake for 20 more minutes. Remove when firm and brown.
