Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and form into 2 loaves.
    Wrap in plastic wrap and leave in refrigerator 24 hours.
    Unwrap and place on rack.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool and slice.
