Pumpernickel Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 lb.) round pumpernickel loaves
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. dill
    2 Tbsp. Beau Monde (Spice Islands) or celery salt
Preparation
    Remove tops of loaves, pumpkin style.
    Hollow out into bowls. Cut pieces from inside into 1 to 1 1/2-inch chunks, to be dipped later.
    Combine remaining ingredients for dip.
    Fill empty \"bread bowls\" with dip.
