Cherry Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) plus 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped cream
1 shortbread or graham cracker crust (8 or 9-inches)
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Preparation

In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into crust.
Top with pie filling. Refrigerate.
