Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups Oat Bran
    1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    1 cup low-fat milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 cup honey
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Mix liquid ingredients together.
    Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture.
    Mix well. Place in muffin pans and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    These muffins have no cholesterol and only 120 calories per muffin.
