Pasta Sausage Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked corkscrew macaroni
1 c. diced red pepper
1/2 c. thinly sliced green pepper
1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
8 oz. hard salami, cut 3/4-inch strips
4 oz. thin sliced pepperoni, cut in halves
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook pasta; cool.
Add red pepper, green pepper, onion, olives, salami and pepperoni.
In small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and milk until smooth.
Add Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
Add to pasta mixture.
Toss and refrigerate.
