Festive Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes
    2 Tbs. oil
    1 Tbs. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 cup black olives, sliced
    1 1/2 cups cabbage, shredded
    1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
    1/2 cups carrot, grated
    2 Tbs. pimento, diced
    2 Tbs. bell pepper, diced
    2/3 cup mayonnaise
    2 Tbs. onion, minced
    1 Tbs. mustard
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with jackets on. Peel and cube.
    While still warm add oil, salt and vinegar.
    Chill for 1 hour.
    Then add olives, cabbage, pickles, carrots, pimento, bell pepper, mayonnaise, mustard and black pepper. Mix well.
