Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 c. milk
    2 c. processed cheese, grated or cubed
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. half and half cream
    croutons for garnish
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook broccoli in 1 cup water.
    Do not drain.
    In blender, put milk, cheese and flour.
    Cover and process at grind.
    Add mixture to broccoli.
    Add the half and half.
    Cook, stirring frequently over medium heat until hot and mixture thickens.
    Serve garnished with croutons.
