Meal-In-A-Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
    2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 large onion, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
    1 (No. 2) can peas
Preparation
    Drain tomatoes, reserving juice.
    Layer ground beef, potatoes, onions, peas, tomatoes and seasoning in 8 x 11-inch casserole. Add tomato juice as needed to prevent dryness during baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
