Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve 1 Tbsp. juice)
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. grated cheese
16 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Mix flour and sugar together.
Stir in pineapple juice.
Add cheese and pineapple.
Put in casserole dish.
Crumble crackers and mix with butter.
Put on top of pineapple mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Especially good with ham.
