Coconut-Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk (canned)
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Cook and stir milk, sugar, egg yolks, margarine and vanilla over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes. Add coconut and pecans. Beat until thick enough to spread.
