Spanish Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops, extra thick
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    3 carrots, sliced lengthwise
    2 ribs celery, sliced
    6 small potatoes, sliced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Few slivers hot pepper or dash of Tabasco
Preparation
    Brown chops. Place in large casserole. Top with remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 from 1-2 hours or until tender. Serves 4-6.
