Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks oleo
    1 box broccoli (chopped)
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 eggs
    1 pkg. Mexican corn bread mix
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    12 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt oleo in a 10 x 13-inch sheet cake pan.
    Mix all ingredients except Cheddar cheese. Grate half the Cheddar cheese and add to ingredients. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown. Grate the other half of the Cheddar cheese and sprinkle on top.
    Let melt. Serve hot.
