Lentil Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked lentils
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 potato, grated or 1 c. mashed potatoes
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter or 1/4 c. walnuts, rolled
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole and bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Spray baking dish generously.
