Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Idaho potatoes
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 strips bacon, diced
    2 green chili peppers, cut into thin strips
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Cut in half and scoop out, leaving shell.
    Fill shell with shredded cheese.
    Top with diced bacon and strips of chili peppers.
    Place under broiler for 5 minutes.
    Serves 4.
