Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bag hash browns
    1 lb. sausage (cooked and crumbled)
    2 to 3 c. cheese
    1 doz. eggs (beaten)
    3/4 c. milk
    mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Layer hash browns in bottom of casserole dish add sausage and 1/2 of cheese. Mix eggs and milk together. Pour over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
