Quick Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm milk (105~ to 115~)
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large egg, lightly beaten
    4 c. all-purpose flour, divided
Preparation
    Combine yeast and 1/2 cup warm milk in a 2-cup liquid measuring cup.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Combine yeast, 1 cup milk and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Gradually add 1 cup flour; stir until smooth.
    Gradually add flour to make soft dough. Place in a well-greased bowl, turning to grease top.
    Cover and let stand in a warm place (85\u00b0) for 15 minutes.
