Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    giblets (from chicken)
    2 c. water (chicken broth)
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    4 c. toasted dry bread cubes or crumbled biscuits
    3 c. cooked cornbread
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook giblets until done. Saute celery and onion until transparent. Add bread cubes, cornbread and seasoning.
    Pour reserved broth over ingredients. Stir lightly to blend.
    Stuff cavity of turkey. Roast as directed.
