Hot Dog Meat Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef (90% lean)
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. onion, chopped (1 c.)
2 1/2 c. water
3 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt (seasoned)
1 tsp. curry powder
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Brown onion slightly in margarine. Add ground beef and brown, breaking with fork as it browns. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook slowly for 1 hour.
If too thin, cook, uncovered, until it thickens a little more.
Serve over hot dogs in roll.
Makes 12 servings.
