Dr. Bird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 c. diced banana
Preparation
    Measure dry ingredients. Sift together. Add remaining ingredients. Stir the mixture to blend (do not beat). Pour into a greased 9-inch tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour. Set aside to cool on rack without removing from pan.
