Skillet Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed on package.
    Drain noodles.
    Slightly saute onion in the 1/4 cup butter.
    Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
    Good with any kind of cheese.
