Shrimp And Pasta Salad(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme or 1 tsp. dried
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 lb. shelled cooked medium sized shrimp
    1/2 lb. bow tie pasta, cooked
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, cooked
    1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
    romaine lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, thyme, salt and pepper in large bowl.
    Add shrimp, pasta, green peas and tomatoes to dressing.
    Cover and let stand 1 hour, tossing occasionally. Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Makes 4 servings.
