Meat Loaf Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. barbecue sauce
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. each: basil, oregano and Italian seasoning
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 green pepper, minced
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except for cheese.
    On waxed paper or foil, pat meat to a 12 x 10-inch rectangle.
    Sprinkle cheese on top of meat, leaving a small margin around edges.
    Starting from one end, carefully roll up meat, using paper to lift.
    Seal edges and ends.
    Place roll, seam side down, in 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Pour 3/4 cup each of Ragu sauce and barbecue sauce over meat loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
