Topsy Turvy Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt in a small bowl, beating until well blended.
Stir in chips.
Mix flour with 1 cup sugar, cocoa, soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a large mixer bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Fill 18 paper baking cups, set in muffin pans, half full with batter.
Top each with 1 tablespoon cheese mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
