Vegetable Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 green or red pepper, grated
1 medium size head cabbage, grated
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 carrots, grated
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 c. water
Preparation

Grate vegetables.
Boil vinegar, sugar and water.
Add seasoning to it.
Pour over vegetables. Can be kept in refrigerator.
