Sweet Roll Dough(Richer Dough) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. warm milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. soft shortening
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, using 1/2 flour.
    Mix until smooth. Add remaining flour.
    Knead until smooth and elastic.
    Round up in greased bowl.
    Cover with cloth.
    Let rise 1 1/2 hours until doubled.
    Punch down.
    Let rise again until almost doubled (30 minutes). Divide dough for rolls or coffee cakes.
    Let rise until light.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 30 minutes.
