Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes or 1 pt. of home canned
1/2 c. herb seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 c. onions, sliced
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. sugar (optional)
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Use oblong baking dish for doubling recipe or square dish for single quantity.
Partly drain tomatoes.
Layer tomatoes, stuffing mix, onions, etc.
Top with grated sharp cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or longer.
