Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1 small green pepper, minced
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. pecans, chopped fine
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together with only 1/2 cup nuts.
    Form into a ball and refrigerate.
    When chilled, roll ball in remaining nuts.
    Serve with crackers.
